cellTypeSource_list: Dataset (list) containing markers for individual bone-related cell types separated by source database. List names are in format source__cell type. Each item contains associated markers.

markerDatabase: Dataset containing bone-related markers.

markerEnrich(): The function markerEnrich calculates enrichment of cluster-specific variable markers within bone cell type- or bone tissue-specific marker database.

markerGSEA(): The function markerGSEA calculates gene (marker) set enrichment of cluster-specific variable markers within bone cell type- or bone tissue-specific marker database.

plotMarkerEnrich(): The function plotMarkerEnrich plots results from markerEnrich function

plotMarkerGSEA(): The function plotMarkerGSEA plots results from markerGSEA function
